Sr. Evan Decker Signs...

Another Wauwatosa Blazer student athlete from Tosa East has committed to continue their playing career at college. On March 10th, 2021 Senior Team Captain Evan Decker was joined by his parent's Tim and Amy along with a number of coaches as he signed his commitment letter to continue playing lacrosse at NCAA Division III - Emmanuel College in Boston, MA next fall.  Decker is a four year varsity Long Stick Midfielder who will have played more games in a Blazers uniform than any other player in program history at the conclusion of the 2021 season.

Evan's Wauwatosa lacrosse career began when he was still a 4th grader at Wilson Elementary, and has come full circle where played under coach Tom Calhoun and will finish his high school career with his first coach.

"We are excited that Evan will continue his lacrosse career at the collegiate level!  More importantly I am happy that Evan has taken the time research and carefully plan what his next steps were going to be.  First and foremost he looked at schools that will fit his needs academically and host program in his choice of major.  Evan has grown in to a very mature young man and I have personally seen the hard work he puts in both lacrosse, his team, and academic ambitions." - Coach Calhoun
